How to order and pay

Placing your Christmas 2011 orders and making regular payments towards them is easy.

Ways to place orders:

Online
Go to our online catalogue and simply add items to your basket. You'll need to be registered and logged in to place your orders online.

By phone
Make a note of the items you'd like to order and call our Orderline Team on 0845 604 0350 (calls charged at local rate).

Orderline opening times:

February to 6th November:
9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

7th November to end December:
9am - 5pm, Monday to Saturday

January:
8.30am - 8pm, Monday to Friday
9am - 5pm, Saturday

By post
Request a catalogue. Fill in the order form which comes with the catalogue and post it back to us in the envelope provided.

Ways to make payments:

Online
Login to your Account and make payments online using your debit or credit card.

Direct Debit
Login and set up a Direct Debit online or fill out a Direct Debit Mandate and return it to: Park Christmas Savings Club Ltd, Valley Road, Birkenhead, CH41 7ED. You can also set up a Direct Debit over the phone by calling our Careline Team on 08457 678 933. Have your bank account details to hand.

Giro
Use one of the Giro slips provided with your catalogue to pay using cash at the Post Office or by using cash or cheque at your own bank branch (Please note: cheques are not accepted at the Post Office).

Over the phone
Make automated payments by calling our Balance Enquiry and Payments Line on 0845 603 0502 and select the payments option. Or make payments by speaking to an advisor on 0845 604 0350.

By post
Post us a cheque, made payable to Park Christmas Savings Club Ltd. Please write your Account/Reference Number on the reverse and send it to us in one of the FREEPOST envelopes provided.

PayPoint
Make payments into your Account wherever you see the PayPoint sign - at over 20,000 newsagents and petrol stations across the UK (minimum £5, maximum £100 in any one transaction). Please take the Giro slip from your catalogue pack into a PayPoint outlet where they will scan the barcode and hand the Giro slip back to you, along with a receipt for your payment. You can reuse the Giro slip for future payments.
